This is the nineteenth season for our Concord Guides Walking Tours -- "Revolution, Renaissance and Renewal." Experienced licensed Concord Guides are eager to share with you Concord's unique Colonial, Revolutionary, literary and natural heritage. We have had several thousand happy participants of our Concord tours.
We will open the 2015 season on Patriots' Day weekend with Patriot Strolls on both Saturday, April 18 from 2 to 4 PM and Sunday, April 19 from 2 to 4 PM. We will meet at 1:45 at the Colonial Inn at 48 Monument Square, Concord Center. Reservations are preferable, but not required for these season opening Patriot Strolls. Please join us then!
This year we are focusing on guiding groups of six to ten or more. Group or tour leaders should pre-schedule our Concord tours at least two weeks (hopefully one to two months) in advance. These groups may include families, schools, companies, church groups, fraternal or special interest organizations or visiting tourist groups. The content and itinerary of each tour will be individually tailored to the interests, backgrounds and desires of each group. We can meet the needs of bus tours, as well as walking groups and we can combine bus tours with planned walks to interesting historic or literary sites in both Lexington and Concord. The usual duration of tours is two to three hours.
If you have less than six people in your group, please call as far in advance as possible and we will try to form an adequately sized group for your tour or combine you and your group with an existing tour group. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED!
Specific tour plans and group rates will both be individually arranged. The touring season, with rare exceptions, will extend from mid April to November 1. Contact us now and make your plans to "Stroll through history today with a licensed Concord Guide!" Don't wait! Please contact:
